Pin Lock Isolators: These are used on roller shutters to give added security. If the shutter is operated when it is still locked the pin lock isolator stops the shutter from opening to prevent the motor burning out The isolator also has the usage of a key switch. Should you have standard pin locks fitted to an electric shutter, and the shutter is operated whilst the pin locks are still left into the pin lock housing, this will burn out the motors
